1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EP Yoga Wellness website, classes, services, and any related content (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Class Bookings and Cancellations

Booking Policy

Class bookings can be made through our website, mobile app, or in-studio. Spaces are limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid class pack, membership, or single class purchase is required to reserve your spot.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the class start time to avoid losing the class credit.
• Late cancellations (within 4 hours) will result in forfeiture of the class credit.
• No-shows without prior cancellation will forfeit the class credit and may incur a late cancellation fee.
• Unlimited memberships: Late cancellations and no-shows may be subject to a $15 fee per occurrence.

Waitlist Policy

If a class is full, you may join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be notified via email or SMS. You will be automatically added to the class. Please ensure your contact information is up to date.

3. Memberships and Class Packs

Membership Terms

• Memberships are billed monthly and auto-renew unless cancelled.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
• Membership freezes are available for medical reasons or travel (minimum 14 days, maximum 60 days).
• Membership benefits are non-transferable and for personal use only.

Class Packs

• Class packs are valid for a specified period (typically 6 months from purchase date).
• Unused classes expire after the validity period and are non-refundable.
• Class packs are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for class packs, memberships, or workshop registrations. Exceptions may be made for medical emergencies with appropriate documentation.

4. Studio Policies

• Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class. Doors close 5 minutes before class start; latecomers may not be admitted.
• Personal Belongings: Lockers are available for your belongings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Health and Safety: Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy before class begins.
• Cell Phones: Please silence all electronic devices before entering the studio.
• Studio Etiquette: Respect fellow practitioners and maintain a quiet, peaceful environment.

5. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Use any automated systems to access or scrape website content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to our website or services for any user who violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and course materials, is the property of EP Yoga Wellness or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent. You may download or print content for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EP Yoga Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of income.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EP Yoga Wellness, its owners, employees, instructors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

9. Medical Disclaimer

Yoga and wellness practices involve physical activity. By participating in any class or service, you acknowledge that you are physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent your safe participation. You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur.

If you experience any pain, discomfort, or dizziness during a class, you should stop immediately and inform your instructor. Our instructors are trained professionals but are not medical practitioners.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations arising from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, pandemics, government actions, or labor disputes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
